Preparing the Dreamspace
As children, we had many rituals to help us get ready for bed and prepare us for our journey to dreamland. Maybe it was a warm bath, a bedtime snack, a bedtime story, your favorite pajamas, or being tucked in with a treasured toy or stuffed animal. Our dream lives offer us another way of experiencing ourselves and the world around us. Dreams furnish us with images and ideas that we can use as a source of creativity, as a means of problem solving, and as a connection to the divine. They are a sacred part of us waiting to be heard and understood. The first step in accessing these messages is remembering your dreams. In this course, students will learn different methods and rituals to facilitate the dream recall process.
Beginning & Continuing Dreamwork Classes
Learning to work with our dreams is a powerful, intimate process. Like a work of art, a dream reflects a personal, nonverbal part of us that evokes different meanings for both the dreamer and the dreamer's audience. Through a variety of techniques, you will learn how to interact with the images, feelings, and words contained in dreams. In this group setting, we will create a sacred place built on safety and trust for you to share and explore your dreams.
